Terms for Using Video Insight AI

1. Service

Video Insight AI is a video playback companion application that may include playback-related tools, subtitle utilities, behavior, optional AI-assisted understanding features, and subscription-based enhancements.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

• You may use Video Insight AI only in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
• You may not use the service to abuse infrastructure, evade quotas, reverse engineer restricted backend behavior, or interfere with other users.
• Some features may depend on third-party websites, services, or platform capabilities outside our control.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Some features may require an active paid subscription.
• Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled through Apple according to Apple’s in-app purchase terms.
• Access to paid features may end if a subscription expires, is refunded, or is revoked.

4. Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or remove features at any time, including cloud-backed AI features, quota limits, compatibility layers, and backend integrations.

5. Third-Party Dependencies

Video Insight AI may rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, AI providers, and app store services. We are not responsible for outages, content changes, or restrictions imposed by third parties.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or permanent feature availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Video Insight AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or availability arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, prevent abuse, comply with legal requirements, or respond to platform restrictions.
